Booking Terms & Conditions

Submitting an appointment request does not automatically confirm the appointment. Requests begin as Pending and become confirmed only after Highland JM & PM Royal Barbershop approves them.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel using the secure appointment-management link before the configured cancellation cutoff. After the cutoff, please contact the shop directly.

Arrival and no-shows

Please arrive on time. Appointments may be marked No Show when a client does not attend. Service timing can vary slightly depending on grooming needs.

Prices

Prices shown on the website reflect the current service settings maintained by the barbershop and may be updated by the business.
